FOR OUR 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Minnesota New Country School (MNCS), located in Henderson, MN, is a project-based, public charter school established in 1994. MNCS currently operates an Elementary site grades K-6, and a Secondary / High School site grades 7-12.
HOW TO ENROLL:
STEP 1: Fill out the online Enrollment Form (below) or download and complete the pdf form here to be placed on our waitlist and entered in our Lottery for the 25-26 school year.

STEP 2: Follow up with the school to make sure we received your form, and if you have any questions.

Also be sure to set up a school tour!
STEP 3: Once there is an opening; You will be contacted by MNCS with more information, and placed with a Teacher/Advisor to set up a pre-school conference.
STEP 4: Fill out online registration forms on JMC

**Important Information About the MNCS Enrollment Applications & Annual Enrollment Lottery**

Annual Deadline/Admissions Cut-off Date is March 14, 2025
MNCS closes admission of new students the 2nd Friday in March each year.
March 14, 2025 will be the last date for student admissions during the 2024-2025 school year
Completion of an MNCS Enrollment Application does not guarantee enrollment
Annual Enrollment Lottery Applications due by April 7, 2025
A completed MNCS Enrollment Application received on or before the deadline of April 5th is required in order to be included in the annual lottery and/or placement on the waiting list (or the next business day if April 5th falls on a weekend or holiday) . If you send in your form after April 7th you will go to the bottom of the waiting list.
The lottery for all Grades K-12 will be held at the first MNCS Board of Directorโs meeting following the application deadline to determine placement for the following school year. The lottery is open to observation by general public
