Minnesota New Country School (MNCS) is a Kindergarten-12th Grade, Public, Charter School in Henderson, MN. currently enrolls approximately 220 students. MNCS offers experiential learning in a teacher led, project-based learning environment.
MNCS is an exciting place to work whether you are a Advisor or one of the many support staff throughout the district. We strive to inspire students to explore and discover the world around them! In addition, the staff at MNCS is encouraged to take risks as we prepare our students for their future. The whole child is important to us! We feel the same way about our staff.
