Thursday, May 30th is a full school day.

Friday, May 31st is a full school day.

Monday, June 3rd is an Early Release Day – “Dean Day” we will serve a free picnic lunch for all students (this day added in as make up day)

Tuesday, June 4th is our Valleyfair Trip Day – and last day of school. (this day added in as make up day).   Valleyfair Info:  MNCS traditional trip to Valleyfair – Transportation: Bus will leave from MNCS at 8:30 a.m.  and leave VF at 4:00 p.m. Bus will be leaving MNCS at 5:00 p.m. and arriving at Le Sueur at 5:10 p.m., St Peter bus stop at 5:30 p.m., and Mankato bus stop at 5:45 p.m. If you plan on staying or getting a ride home a note of permission to Anthony is needed before that morning. Bring a bag lunch or money to purchase one. Cost for a ticket is $25, Pay Joan to secure your spot, online payment is available for this experience.

Thursday, May 30, 2019 – Outdoor Adventure – Nick and Reta will be taking students on a surprise adventure. You will be hiking, chill’n & grilling, so no lunch is needed. Cost is $5, sign up in the Experience Days Book located on Joan’s desk. 

 

 
 
Friday, May 31, 2019 – Double Play -Dust off the Magic cards! Get ready to roll your D&D! Get your board game skills in gear! Gaming Day at Double Play is upon us! This event is free, but you must being a lunch or $5 to purchase one. Sign up with Joan to secure your spot. 
 
Friday, May 31, 2019 – Indian Motorcycle Factory Tour – Dean will be taking students to Spirit Lake IA to tour this motorcycle factory. Bus will be leaving 8:30 sharp. Cost is $5 bring a bag lunch or money to purchase one, sign up with Joan to secure your spot.

The Kitchen Cupboard Cafe 18-19 (School Lunch)

Our School Lunch is catered in each day from Patty’s Kitchen Cupboard Cafe in Le Sueur.  Lunch Tickets are for purchase at Nancy’s desk, by check & cash, and online – click on the Square icon above. Students will be given physical tickets, and will manage their own lunch tickets once purchased.  Lunches are $3.50 each, make checks out to MNCS.  Students need to put their lunch ticket with their name on it into the “Lunch Tickets” box by 8:30am at Nancy’s desk each morning to order lunch.  See the KCC’s Menu below:

MNCS Board of Director’s Special Meeting Notice:
  • Date: Friday, May 24, 2019
  • Time: 3:30pm
  • Location: MNCS High School, 210 Main Street, Henderson, MN
  • This meeting will be held to discuss and vote on approving contracts and memberships for the upcoming year that need signing prior to June 1, 2019.

Henderson Area Food Share – Is a group of community members is sponsoring a produce distribution for area community members and even outside of the community. Located at Minnesota New Country High School. Distribution will take place every “THIRD” Thursday of the month, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
The income guidelines to qualify are as followed, but we do not intend further inquiries for financial statue, and will go based upon the honor system.
